Project Manager
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Project Estimator. This position is responsible for project management from project selection, estimation and through to completion.
This includes specifically, estimating, procurement, permitting and close out documentation. This position will also foster relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure the company maintains a positive business rapport.

Commercial Sheet Metal Installer
We are currently seeking a Commercial Sheet Metal Installer with two years of experience in commercial ductwork layout. Residential experience is a plus, but not required. As a Commercial Sheet Metal Installer, you’ll install HVAC-related systems, including R.T.U.s, A.H.U.s, VAV boxes, split systems, unit heaters, and various types of HVAC ductwork.
Requirements for the job include the ability to read blueprints and drawings in order to measure, size, and layout ductwork, ability to safely lift 50 pounds or more, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Plumber
We’re looking for a skilled Plumber with previous experience in residential plumbing and a willingness to add commercial plumbing to their skillset. License and commercial plumbing experience are not required but may make you a top applicant.
Our ideal applicant would have the ability to rough-in plumbing in new residential construction without supervision. You will also need a working knowledge of plumbing codes, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings, a Michigan driver’s license, and the ability to safely lift 50 pounds or more. We also require all applicants to pass a drug screening and background check.

QUALIFICATIONS
